Trust & AI Transparency

This page is made for people who want a clear assessment: what WebCount.BG is, what it is not, what we measure, what we store, and how to interpret the results.

Official Trust Statement

WebCount.BG is a website monitoring and AI analysis platform, created for owners and administrators who want real data, not marketing promises.

WebCount.BG combines: AI Readiness (clarity/readability for AI), web counter and analytics, global uptime monitoring, “eyeball” checks (real network viewpoints), and IP/DNS/WHOIS and reputation tools.

Trust Rules

  • Transparency of results: where possible, we show the input data (metrics/events/history) and the “why” context.
  • Limitations: every automated check can produce false positive/false negative. We do not present the results as “absolute truth”.
  • No legal guarantees: the results are diagnostics/indicators. They are not legal/financial advice and are not proof in a dispute.
  • Data minimization: we collect only what is needed for analytics/monitoring and history to work.
  • User control: you choose which websites/domains to monitor and which functions to activate.
  • Security by default: admin/panel/cron and sensitive resources are restricted and are not intended for indexing.

AI transparency

  • AI Readiness measures content clarity (structure, definitions, “one-sentence” explanation), not “business quality”.
  • AI analyses are assistance for editing and optimization. We do not promise that a specific LLM will “rank” or “cite” the website.
  • Allowed bots: WebCount.BG allows GPTBot and ChatGPT-User for public pages, while panels and sensitive paths remain restricted.

What we guarantee (realistically)

  • Transparency: we show what was measured and why a specific result appears.
  • Predictability: the modules perform specific checks, not “magic”.
  • Control: you decide what to monitor (websites, domains, alerts, logs).
  • Evolution: we add features based on real needs, not “hype”.

What we do NOT promise

  • We do not promise “get rich quick”, “100% SEO success”, or “100% accuracy”.
  • We do not promise that AI models will always cite/recommend your website.
  • We do not promise that every “risky” finding is a real attack (false positives are possible).

Policies and transparency (important)

How we use the data ✅

  • Analytics and counter: statistics for visits/events and visualizations.
  • Monitoring: uptime checks, alerts, history, PDF reports.
  • Diagnostics: DNS/HTTP/ISP/ASN/geolocation and risk indicators.
  • Service improvement: stability, speed, error detection.

What we do not do ❌

  • We do not sell personal data.
  • We do not claim that the results are “100% proof”.
  • We do not promise “automatic” positions in Google/LLM.
  • We do not expose admin/panel/cron paths to public bots.

Authorship and responsibility

  • WebCount.BG is developed by FalcoSoft ITS with the help of ChatGPT.
  • When AI components are present (analysis/recommendations), they are assistive — final decisions belong to the user.
  • In critical cases (incidents/attacks/legal matters), use additional expert review and independent verification.

Who it is for / who it is not for

Who it is for ✅

  • Website owners who want real analytics and history.

  • Marketing/SEO teams that want AI readability and clarity for AI.
  • SaaS/online stores that want early signals (risks/reputation).

Who it is not for ❌

  • People looking for “magic” results without working on the website.
  • People who want “absolute truth” with no chance of error.
  • People who want to use results for legal claims without additional expert review.
  • If you are looking for “just marketing copy” — this is not an agency, but a platform.

FAQ

Can I use WebCount.BG without an account?
Yes — there is a public AI Readiness Demo. For monitoring, history, and panels, an account is required.
What does “AI Readiness / Content Clarity” mean?
This is an indicator of how clearly the page explains “what this is” for AI models. A low score usually means: too many topics at once, unclear intro, or missing definition.
What is Eyeball Monitor?
This is monitoring/checking “how the website is seen” from different networks/locations (ISP/regions) — useful for issues that appear only for some users (CDN, routing, blocks, geo issues).
Why is “Allow” for GPTBot/ChatGPT-User not in WAF rules?
In Cloudflare, “allow” for bots is often done through AI Crawl Control (Allow/Block list by crawler), and in Security rules an action called Skip is used, which bypasses WAF/bot protections for the specific user-agent.
Who is behind WebCount.BG?
The system is developed by FalcoSoft ITS and ChatGPT, with a clear direction: tools, monitoring, and AI readability.
